Smoked Fish pâté - A creamy pâté made from mackerel and trout fillets as well as some hot smoked salmon to add a real richness of flavour, all smoked in the smokehouses in Orford. We love this smeared over crusty bread served with a squeeze of lemon.
Smoked Salmon pâté - A delicate and smooth pâté with a creamy texture made from Scottish salmon smoked in Orford. Blended with lemon, cayenne pepper and a hint of nutmeg this pâté can make an elegant starter or enjoyed with crusty bread and a glass of chilled white wine.
Taramasalata - A thick creamy blend of delicious Icelandic cod roe smoked in Orford mixed with , sunflower oil, lemon juice and garlic. This is a robust and well-rounded dip which gives all commercial brands a real run for their money! We love this served with crusty bread as it comes.
