This distinctive winter gin liqueur is bursting with warm notes of sweet cinnamon and citrus peel combined with aromatic dried fruit and winter spices. Not only is this gin highly quaffable, its eye-catching bottle and striking name will make for a talking point at any drinks party.
Inspiration for this winter liqueur dates back to 1904 when creator Thomas Lester's great Grandfather, The Reverend Hubert, served his homemade liqueur to his congregation. After after a chance discovery over 100 years later Thomas was presented with a battered WWI hipflask once belonging to his great Grandfather, containing the original homebrewed winter liqueur from 1904 with a faint recipe inscribed.
Since then, Thomas has made it his mission to recreate and elevate this recipe producing gin in small batches by hand on the edge of the Cotswolds with the help of drinks guru Joe Wadsack.
Best enjoyed with friends or straight from your hipflask after church.
