Park House Cheddar (160g) – a Bronze medal winner at the World Cheese Awards 2023, Park House Cheddar is made using the fresh organic milk of Friesian Jersey Cows and aged for six months for a creamy, rich character balanced with a perfect degree of sharpness.
Darling Howe Brie (230g) - this creamy, meltingly oozy Brie-style cheese owes its indulgent character to organic milk from Jersey Friesian cows. Its pristine white rind gives way to a buttery soft cheese with distinctive citrus notes and a natural sweetness. A recent winner of a rare Three Stars at the Great Taste Awards.
Binsey Red (160g) - crafted using only Jersey Friesian organic milk and allowed to mature in whole wheels before being cut to order for sweet, nutty notes and a long-lasting flavour. A strong, robust flavour profile and firm texture make Red Binsey ideal for pairing with chutneys and pickles.
