Black Cow are championing sustainability, creating award-winning pure milk vodka alongside their rich and crumbly cheddar cheese. Using traditional cheese making methods, they separate cow’s milk into curds and whey. The curds are used for making the intense, rich and crumbly cheddar cheese, while the whey, a by-product of the cheese making process, is used to create the world’s first pure milk vodka.
