Pink Marmalade Gin is a delicious dry premium gin, crafted from a blend of 13 organic botanicals all deep in flavour to create a citrus yet smooth taste but with one magical twist, the addition of The 'Butterfly Pea' flower. This secret ingredient, undergoes an organic natural colour changing process when mixed with tonic, changing the colour of the gin from a cool colbalt blue to a soft rose pink. Traditionally distilled in small batches, Pink Marmalade Gin prides itself on its unique flavours from firery pink peppercorns to smooth chamomile all rounded off with a salted grapefruit marmalade.

Barbury Hill first discovered Pink Marmalade Gin at a party, where it was beautifully served from an ornate water fountain. Already a crowd pleaser, guests were delighted as they watched the moment their drink changed colour before them, promptly followed by enjoyment from the refreshing and distinctive zesty flavours.

Tasting notes – Bold citrus and fresh elements complimented by a smoothness from the chamomile, almond and liquorice root, combined with kaffir lime leaf, pink peppercorns and the salted marmalade creating a premium gin with subtle complexity.
