A glorious sparkling wine with a classical composition of 49% Pinot Noir, 36% Chardonnay and 15% Pinot Meunier. Aromas of buttery biscuits and honeysuckle give way to a rich pure palate of toasty croissant, honey and nuts. Creamy textured with a zesty freshness leading to a long, mouth-watering finish. This is an elegant and fine sparkling with depth and intensity.

2 x Rosé Brut 2017 – Sparkling and delicate
A well-balanced sparkling rosé with delicate bubbles. This wine maintains subtle raspberry and toasted aromas which follow through and linger on the palate.

• Blend: 90% Pinot Noir, 10% Pinot Meunier / ABV: 12%
• Food match: Creamy blue cheese such as Bath Blue.

2 x Cotswold Classic 2018 – Sparkling with citrus notes
A blend of 75% Seyval Blanc and 25% Pinot Blanc with fresh citrus notes, aromas of red apple and subtle stone fruits. With a good mid-palate structure this wine is well-balanced and rounded with good effervescence.
