An exceptional traditional method sparkling wine that’s straw gold in colour with vibrant, fine bubbles. The palate has orchard fruit, citrus and brioche with a long-lasting, dry finish.
Blend: 50% Chardonnay, 28% Pinot Noir, 11% Pinot Gris and 11% Pinot Meunier
6.5 years extended lees maturation
ABV: 12%
Langham Corallian Classic Cuvée NV 2020
Fresh and lively, with perfumed quince on the palate, it delivers nice minerality and balanced acidity. A Barbury Hill favourite.
Blend: 88% Chardonnay, 6% Pinot Noir and 6% Pinot Meunier

Langham Rosé NV 2019
This Rosé has a base vintage from 2019, blended with 18% reserve wine and uses juice from all three grape varieties grown at Langham Wine Estate in Dorset; Pinot Noir, Pinot Meunier and Chardonnay. Perfect now or age up to three years.

Shotley Sparkling 2022
This unique blend delivers a quality sparkling wine that is fruit forward with notes of green apple, stone fruit with a dry and refreshing finish.
Blend: Chardonnay, Auxerrois, Seyval Blanc and Reichensteiner

Goodworth Classic 2019
This is quality English Sparkling that is light, delicate and bright with flavours of pear, apple and toasty notes. It has good balance and is refreshing on the finish.
Blend: 53 % Chardonnay, 33 % Pinot Noir and 14 % Pinot Meunier

Sparkling English Rose Kombucha
Brewed from kombucha in Suffolk this alternative to sparkling wine is infused with organic white rose petals and wild elderflower. A crisp complexity balances a fresh zesty acidity and floral notes with a dry finish.
