Please note we only deliver to mainland UK.

Mainland UK excludes Highlands, Offshore Islands & Northern Ireland.

 

Delivery

When you are placing an order, you'll see the estimated delivery lead time on the product page and on the day of dispatch you’ll receive an email notification to let you know when the item/s are on their way.

Each order must be sent to one address, so if you require different items to multiple addresses, separate orders will need to be placed please.

If you have questions about delivery dates or the whereabouts of your order, please check the order dispatched email as this will often contain courier tracking information. We’re also happy to help via the ‘Contact Us’ page or email your order number and question to: hello@barburyhill.com and we’ll reply asap.

Delivery charges

We are pleased to say that many items that feature on Barbury Hill come with free delivery within mainland UK (excluding Highlands, Offshore Islands & Northern Ireland).

Where delivery is chargeable, you will see delivery charge listed on each product page and will also display the delivery charge or ‘free delivery’ on the checkout page.

Preferred delivery date

You can choose for your item to be sent asap or on your preferred delivery date between a Tuesday and Friday (excluding bank holidays). 

In our experience of monitoring delivery times, around 5% of deliveries can be delayed by 24 hours as the courier has missed a transport connection or not located the address. To be sure items arrive in time, we recommend selecting a delivery date one to two days ahead of when you would like you to enjoy your items.

Can I include a personalised message with my order?

Of course, many customers do. Before the checkout page you'll be prompted to enter your personal message or if you miss this you can immediately email giftmessage@barburyhill.com along with your order number and we’ll ensure it is included. Gift messages will be written by hand on a Barbury Hill branded card. We only include what you enter in your message so if you decide to leave the message field blank the items will be sent anonymously.
