All Angels Classic Cuvee 2014 Long Aged on Lees
An exceptional traditional method sparkling wine that’s pale gold in colour with vibrant, fine bubbles. The palate has orchard fruit, citrus and brioche with a long-lasting, dry finish.
Varieties: 50% Chardonnay, 28% Pinot Noir, 11% Pinot Gris and 11% Pinot Meunier.
Harvested between 7th – 17th October 2014 with 6.5 years extended lees maturation.
ABV: 12%

All Angels Sparkling Rose 2017
Salmon pink with exuberant bubbles, bright berry fruit, ripe peach, and cherry blossom. This is a traditional method sparkling for all occasions that wonderfully assured in its own company or at the centre of an English picnic rug.
Harvested between 28th September – 20 October 2017 with 4 years in the bottle before being disgorged.
Varieties: Pinot Noir 66% / Pinot Meunier 24% / Chardonnay 10%
ABV: 12%
